Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various positions within the organization. The Recruiter partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements, supports workforce planning, and helps build a strong talent pipeline aligned with business needs. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining candidate records, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires active participation in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and campus outreach, while contributing to a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.
Qualifications
Ability to effectively source, screen, and interview candidates, with strong talent acquisition and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to interact confidently with candidates and internal teams.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple openings, track recruitment activities, and meet hiring timelines.
Basic knowledge of HR practices, onboarding processes, and employment-related documentation.
Comfort with using recruitment tools, job portals, and office productivity software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving business needs.
Prior internship or experience in recruitment, HR, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
