About The Role
We are looking for a Studio Client & Sales Executive to manage client enquiries, studio appointments, sales follow-ups and day-to-day coordination at a luxury couture fashion house.
The ideal candidate should be confident, articulate, well-presented and comfortable interacting with clients. This role involves working closely with the Founder and providing a warm, professional and personalised client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Sales
Handle client enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and other channels.
Respond to clients promptly and professionally.
Understand collections, fabrics, silhouettes, customisation options, pricing and timelines.
Convert enquiries into studio appointments and sales.
Follow up with prospective, existing and repeat clients.
Maintain client records including preferences, measurements, orders and purchase history.
Build and maintain relationships with repeat and VIP clients.
Studio Appointments
Manage and maintain the studio appointment calendar.
Confirm, reschedule and coordinate appointments.
Welcome clients and assist during studio appointments.
Coordinate trials, fittings, alterations and other client requirements.
Assist the Founder during private client appointments and presentations.
Inventory & Merchandising
Maintain records of finished inventory, samples, fabrics and accessories.
Track movement of products and samples in and out of the studio.
Keep inventory records updated.
Coordinate with tailoring, embroidery and production teams regarding orders.
Track alterations, pending orders, deliveries and dispatches.
Ensure the studio remains organised and aligned with the brand's luxury aesthetic.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily and weekly records of enquiries, appointments, sales and follow-ups.
Coordinate with production, marketing, logistics and external vendors when required.
Ensure all client enquiries and follow-ups are tracked and closed on time.
Who We're Looking For
0–2 years of experience in fashion, luxury retail, hospitality, premium beauty, boutique retail or a similar client-facing role.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
Confident and comfortable interacting with high-value/luxury clients.
Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Sheets, MS Excel and basic digital tools.
Proactive and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
Comfortable working closely with a Founder/Designer.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates based in Delhi/NCR, preferably within a reasonable commuting distance of Punjabi Bagh.
