PROJECT OPERATIONS CONSULTANT – CSR PROJECTS

We are looking for an experienced Project Operations Consultant to manage and strengthen reporting, analysis, MIS and performance monitoring across multiple CSR projects.
Experience: 8–10 years in CSR/NGO/Development Projects
Engagement: Freelance / Consultancy
Period: Up to March 2027
Salary -TBD
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage CSR/corporate guideline-based project reporting
🔹 Develop and monitor KPIs and analysis
🔹 Review project outputs, outcomes, impact and behavioural changes
🔹 Conduct/coordinate Pre & Post/Endline Assessments
🔹 Analyse project performance through data, research and evidence
🔹 Develop, improve and maintain Project MIS & Dashboard systems
🔹 Prepare management-ready PPT presentations, MIS reports and analytical reports
🔹 Identify gaps, trends and deviations and provide actionable recommendations
🔹 Use AI tools for research, data analysis, reporting and project insights
🔹 Ensure project performance and documentation are aligned with CSR/Corporate expectations
Key Focus:
Physical KPI + Financial KPI → MIS → Data Analysis → Output → Outcome → Impact → Management Insights
We are looking for the candidate who can convert project data into meaningful insights and demonstrate the real impact and value of the interventions.
