About Printbelle
Printbelle is a global Print-on-Demand (POD) fulfillment platform helping eCommerce businesses create, fulfill and ship products worldwide.
As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for a Global Partnerships Manager to build strategic partnerships and grow the Printbelle ecosystem across Europe, the US and other key markets.
What You'll Do
• Identify and develop strategic partners across eCommerce, SaaS, fintech, logistics, marketing agencies, seller communities and other relevant industries.
• Build and manage the partnership pipeline, from initial outreach and qualification to proposal, negotiation and launch.
• Develop win-win partnership models, including referrals, co-marketing campaigns, integrations, webinars, events and other joint initiatives.
• Onboard and activate partners, helping them understand Printbelle's products, services and partnership opportunities.
• Grow existing partnerships by identifying new opportunities and driving measurable business results.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations teams to execute partnership projects.
• Track partnership performance and continuously improve partner engagement and ROI.

What You Will Bring
• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel development or a related role.
• Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, fintech, logistics or technology is preferred.
• Proven experience developing and managing external business partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to independently manage multiple partnership projects from initial contact through launch.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
