Responsibilities:
· Recruit and source candidate via job boards, social media, headhunting.
· Post job opening on various recruitment platform and university portals.
· Screen resumes and applications.
· Schedule interviews for senior HR staff.
· Manage communication through email, LinkedIn with applicants and follow – up with the candidates.
Requirements:
· Students with degree in HR, Journalism, Arts, Business or any program.
· Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrate eagerness to learn, strong work ethics, sustained productivity and commitments to assigned responsibilities.
· Demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
