About the role: We are looking for warm, enthusiastic, and guest-focused F&B Associates and Senior Associates to join The Postcard Hotels.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — a must-have
A warm, courteous, and service-oriented personality
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work well in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Luxury/upscale hospitality experience or background preferred
Candidates with 0-2 years of experience, with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply
Your role:
Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalised service throughout their dining experience.
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages as per service standards.
Understand the menu and confidently assist guests with food and beverage recommendations.
Maintain high standards of table presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
Handle guest requests and queries with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant/outlet as required.
Follow hotel SOPs, service standards, and safety guidelines.
Actively learn and develop F&B service skills while contributing to a warm and memorable guest experience.
