Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Eligibility
· Education: Graduate in any discipline.
· Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle online communication tools.
Job Responsibilities
· Identify and connect with potential clients.
· Build and maintain relationships with customers.
· Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and online platforms.
· Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about the company’s products and services.
· Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and support.
Shift Details
· Rotational shift.
· DAY- 6am-3pm (includes 1 hour break)
· NIGHT- 7pm-3am (includes 1 hour break)
· 1 day off per week (except Sunday).
Salary Structure- 240000-360000 pa.
