About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our on-site HR team. This role will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and selection rounds.
- Maintain candidate and employee records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams regarding HR-related activities.
- Support HR documentation and day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, or a related degree.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
