Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design and Visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating their skills and expertise in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. The Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user experience across our digital products, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, branding work, and meet the needs of our target audience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project coordinator, developers, and designers, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform the design process, ensuring that user needs and preferences are considered.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard design tools, considering usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Develop user flows, navigation systems, and interaction models that facilitate a seamless user experience.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and market trends, and ensure timely delivery of design assets to development teams.
Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
Maintain a consistent design language and UI/UX standards across multiple platforms and products.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and apply them to improve the overall user experience.
Qualifications
Master's in Design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, including user-centered design principles, visual design skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) or Sketch, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Figma.
Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and ability to create designs optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
