Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is best suited for someone with excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, attention to detail, and a people-focused approach.
Stipend: As per industry standards
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles like sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals, screening resumes and conduct initial HR interviews, coordinating interview schedules and follow-ups with hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation and ensure a smooth joining and induction experience for new employees.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers can apply but at least a 6 months of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment will be preferred
Good understanding of recruitment processes and interview coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
