Role Description The Senior Architect will lead architectural projects from concept through completion, overseeing design development, coordination, and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing design proposals, guiding detailed drawings and documentation, and ensuring alignment with client requirements, codes, and standards. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing project timelines and resources, and coordinating with consultants and contractors for smooth integration of architectural and technical elements. The Senior Architect will mentor junior team members, support quality control, and contribute to strategic decisions on project delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to lead concept development and detailed design.
Experience with Integration and Software Development concepts in the context of architectural workflows, tools, or building systems.
Proven Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices relevant to Indian and local Pune standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a culture of learning and quality.
