Role Description The Assistant Client Happiness Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, focused on ensuring a positive and seamless experience for clients throughout their interior design journey. This role involves supporting client onboarding, guiding clients through design and project milestones, and responding promptly to questions or concerns via calls, messages, and in-person meetings. The Assistant Client Happiness Manager coordinates with designers, project managers, and operations teams to track progress, update clients, and help resolve issues proactively. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate client records, collecting feedback, identifying areas for service improvement, and contributing ideas to enhance client satisfaction. This position also supports basic administrative tasks related to client communication and may assist in events or activities at the experience centers to strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
Customer service and client relationship skills, including active listening, empathy, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Communication skills, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages (such as Kannada or Hindi) is an advantage.
Organizational and coordination abilities, including time management, follow-up skills, and attention to detail in maintaining client records.
Basic sales or upselling aptitude, with the ability to explain services, clarify design options, and support the client decision-making process.
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive mindset and readiness to learn about interior design and project workflows.
Ability to collaborate effectively with design, operations, and management teams, and to handle on-site client interactions professionally.
Prior experience in customer support, hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles is preferred; experience in interiors or real estate is a plus.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a customer-focused or business-related discipline.
