Project Engineer
Target: 2/3 Projects a Month(Individual) or 5-6 Projects with 1 supervisor
Site validation to be 100% accurate
Giving knowledge to client regarding scope of work and associated works for better flow of projects
Prepairing and sharing POA of each assigned project
Co-ordination with all internal department with regulor following-up for easy complition of projects
Co-ordinating, Communicating & Recording disscussed points with client on clients group
All disscussions to be recorded with all stake holder on internal group
Targeting handover date and compliting project within stipulated time frame
Provinding solutions on site for any miner issues on site with quality work
Ensuries quality of work is maintained with all safety precacetions in consideration
Site presentation to be maintained on daily basis.
Managing all vendors on site for better productivity and smooth running of projects
Looking into productivity of vendor so that vendor too does not incure loss.
Daily basis plan and project update on both groups with images / bullet point
Reciept of material on site within 24 hrs of delivery
Standups and live location before 10.30am
Guiding Junior(If) or all vendors for right fixing of finishing item well in advance for one time fixing.
Proactive traking of all projects for early decision-making before client escation.
Proactive Information to client for better brand image control
Post check of special item fixing and updateing internal team and client for any rework.
"1 Snag 1 Handover" to be followed up strictly for early handover
Any missouts during handover stage to be attended in next 7 days of timeline only.
Planning and schedueling client visits of running sites for miniumum escaltions on weekends(mostly) & weekdays
Getting refference on site for projects
