Role Description The Manager Corporate Finance and FP&A will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves preparing and reviewing financial models, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The role includes monitoring key performance indicators, supporting long-term business planning, and partnering with leadership to evaluate investments and cost optimization opportunities. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, streamline financial processes, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess performance, and support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess Financial Modeling skills to build, maintain, and improve models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge to manage corporate finance activities, capital allocation, and business case evaluations.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements to analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Candidates should possess Financial Reporting skills to ensure accurate, timely management reports and support compliance requirements.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA, MBA in Finance) are preferred.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools, attention to detail, and the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, prioritize multiple initiatives, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
