About the Role
The Role We're looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our Bangalore Experience Center and work on mid-to-high segment residential interior projects.You’ll be responsible for taking projects from understanding the client's vision to design presentation, while ensuring great design, customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and translate them into thoughtful interior designs.
Conduct design consultations and present finishes, materials and design options.
Prepare quotations and design proposals using our internal software.
Create and present 3D designs and renders in collaboration with 3D Modelers.
Manage multiple projects while balancing design, budget and timelines.
Handle clients throughout the design journey and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Guide and mentor Junior Designers on projects.
Contribute towards project revenue and ensure timely collections.
Stay updated on materials, finishes, ergonomics and current design trends.
Required Skills
4+ years of relevant experience in residential interior design.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the modular interiors industry.
Strong proficiency in SketchUp + V-Ray / Enscape.
Excellent client handling and communication skills.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, ergonomics and design principles.
Ability to understand client expectations and translate them into practical designs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong ownership and ability to mentor junior designers.
