WE ARE HIRING | PP COMPOUNDING PLANT
📍 Location: Kanwar, Faridabad, Haryana
We are looking for Operators & Helpers to join our PP Compounding Plant.
🔹 OPERATORS
Operate and monitor PP compounding machines.
Handle and feed raw materials into the production line.
Monitor the production process and machine conditions.
Assist with machine cleaning, changeovers and basic operational activities.
Identify and report any machine or production issues to the supervisor.
Maintain basic production records and follow plant safety procedures.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in PP Compounding, Polymer, Plastic Processing or similar manufacturing plants.
🔹 HELPERS
Assist operators with daily production activities.
Help with loading and feeding raw materials.
Assist with packing, weighing and shifting finished products.
Support operators during machine cleaning and changeovers.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
Follow instructions from operators and supervisors.
Follow all plant safety rules and use required PPE.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
