🚨 WE ARE HIRING | PLANT HEAD – FARIDABAD
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to lead our manufacturing operations at Faridabad (FBD).
📍 Location: Faridabad, Haryana
👤 Position: Plant Head
🏭 Industry: Manufacturing / Polymer / Plastics
Key Responsibilities:• Manage complete plant operations and production activities• Drive productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost optimization• Manage manpower, machinery, maintenance, and production planning• Ensure timely production and adherence to quality standards• Implement SOPs, safety practices, and process improvements• Monitor plant KPIs and achieve operational targets• Coordinate with procurement, sales, quality, maintenance, and management teams• Lead and develop the plant team to build a high-performance culture
What We’re Looking For:✔️ Strong experience in plant/manufacturing operations✔️ Leadership and team-management skills✔️ Experience in production planning and operational efficiency✔️ Candidates from polymer/plastics/manufacturing backgrounds will be preferred
