Role Description The Client Advisory Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India. This role involves advising prospective clients on Australian migration and education pathways, explaining visa options, eligibility criteria, and application processes in clear and accurate terms. The executive will conduct initial consultations, gather client information, coordinate documentation, and liaise with the migration team to ensure applications are complete and compliant. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining client records in the CRM system, and following up to guide clients through each stage of their journey. The role also involves supporting education counseling activities, participating in outreach or information sessions, and contributing to continuous improvements in client service standards.
Qualifications
Strong client advisory and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex migration and education processes clearly and confidently.
Customer service and relationship-management skills, with a focus on empathy, professionalism, and building long-term trust with diverse clients.
Organizational and administrative skills for handling documentation, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate client records and follow-ups.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client profiles, identify suitable visa or education options, and address application challenges.
Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; comfortable working with digital records, email communication, and online application platforms.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Kerala, India, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
Relevant experience in migration consulting, education counseling, international student services, or related advisory roles is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Administration, Social Sciences, Education, or a related discipline preferred.
Fluency in English and local languages (such as Malayalam or Hindi) is highly beneficial for effective client interaction.
