Role Description The MD Ayurveda Faculty role at Ayuscholar Education Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The faculty member will deliver structured online and classroom-style lectures, focusing on AIAPGET-related topics and advanced Ayurveda concepts, and will prepare high-quality teaching materials such as presentations, notes, and question banks. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding students on exam strategies, clarifying complex theoretical and clinical concepts, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and participating in curriculum design and content updates. The role also involves monitoring learner progress, providing academic feedback, collaborating with other mentors to maintain consistent teaching standards, and contributing to academic initiatives that enhance the overall learning experience.
Qualifications
Recognized MD (Ayurveda) degree with strong academic grounding in classical texts, clinical applications, and contemporary developments.
Demonstrated teaching or mentoring experience, preferably in AIAPGET or other Ayurveda entrance exam preparation.
Ability to design structured lesson plans, practice tests, and study materials aligned with examination patterns and syllabus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly in online and in-person formats.
Comfort with digital tools and e-learning platforms, including video recording, live sessions, and basic content management.
Student-centered approach, with a commitment to supporting diverse learning needs and fostering an inclusive academic environment.
Collaborative mindset, reliability in meeting teaching schedules, and willingness to participate in academic planning and quality improvement.
Fluency in English and at least one major Indian language is an advantage; prior experience with competitive exam coaching is highly beneficial.
