SERIOUS INJURY FEE EARNERS – FANTASTIC CAREER OPPORTUNITY 🚨please note you must have UK right to work / and UK legal experience . Only required in our clients W.Yorkshire office 1-2 twice per month.
I’m working with a leading claimant law firm that is looking to strengthen its Serious Injury team.
This could be a particularly good opportunity for a Fee Earner who has built solid Fast Track experience and has around 1–2 years’ exposure to Multi-Track / Serious Injury work, but isn’t quite at the stage of independently running a full complex Multi-Track caseload.
You’ll work closely with experienced senior Fee Earners on high-value Serious Injury claims, predominantly RTA matters.
The role will give you hands-on involvement with:
• Complex liability, causation and quantum issues
• Medical and other expert evidence
• Counsel and multidisciplinary experts
• Drafting statements, pleadings and Schedules of Loss
• Interim payments and rehabilitation
• Client meetings and conferences
• Negotiations and settlement preparation
• Progressing substantial Multi-Track claims from an early stage
The firm is looking for someone who already understands claimant Personal Injury litigation but wants the opportunity to bridge the gap between Fast Track and independently handling complex Serious Injury work.
