Role Description The Telecaller Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide accurate information about clinic services, appointments, and procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include confirming and scheduling appointments, maintaining call logs and patient records, and following up with patients regarding consultations, treatments, and feedback. The role also involves coordinating with front-desk and medical staff to ensure smooth communication and a seamless patient experience, while adhering to confidentiality and clinic protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Hind Piles Clinic in West Punjabi Bagh.

Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and polite telephone manner.
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls, handle queries calmly, and provide clear, empathetic information to patients.
Basic computer literacy, including use of call management systems, appointment scheduling software, and electronic records.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills for maintaining accurate patient information and call documentation.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or a healthcare front-office role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work on-site in West Punjabi Bagh, follow clinic procedures, and maintain patient confidentiality.
Minimum education: high school diploma; a certificate or degree in healthcare, administration, or related fields is an advantage.
