Salary: Negotiable
Level: Senior (5–10 YOE)
What you’ll do:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts
• Lead and mentor the sales team
• Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial terms
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline and market trends
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations and Technical teams
• Attend industry events and networking activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 5–7+ years in sales management / senior sales, preferably in industrial, technical or engineering sectors
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
• Strong account management, negotiation and closing skills
• Experience managing and developing sales teams
• CRM and sales analytics experience
• Willingness to travel within the region
• Knowledge of the Malaysia/Asian market is a plus
