Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
• Generate and convert leads into bookings
• Communicate with customers via calls and WhatsApp

• Build strong customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the operations team for bookings
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and customer-focused approach
• Good negotiation and convincing skills
• Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp and basic computer tools
• Sales/hospitality experience is an advantage
