What You’ll Do
Design intuitive, high-impact consumer-facing mobile app experiences focused on member health outcomes.
Create clear, actionable data visualizations to help users track and interpret their health progress.
Translate health data and algorithms into personalized, actionable recommendations within the product.
Integrate AI algorithms and AI design tooling directly into the product experience and workflows.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to maintain high UI/UX craft and ensure seamless execution during team transitions.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience in product design with strong UI/UX craft and mobile app design expertise (5–8 years of experience).
Demonstrated track record of designing complex data visualizations and data-rich consumer user interfaces.
Ability to work autonomously, ramp up quickly, and maintain clear cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience or active usage/curiosity leveraging AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Midjourney, DALL-E) within the product design workflow.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Prior experience designing data-rich consumer health or fitness applications (e.g., Fitbit, Apple Health, Whoop, Oura, or performance dashboards).
Background in the digital health or healthcare technology sector.
