Role Description
Job description:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Handle offer letter preparation and follow-up with candidates.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
2. HR Operations / Generalist Functions
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personal files.
Support employee onboarding and induction programs.
Assist in attendance management and leave records.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Support employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in performance management and appraisal process.
Ensure HR policy implementation and compliance.
3. Administrative & Coordination Work
Prepare HR reports such as hiring reports, attrition reports, and manpower status.
Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in talent acquisition.

Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and maintaining a respectful work environment.
Candidates should possess skills in developing and implementing HR Policies, ensuring compliance with laws and internal guidelines.
Relevant qualifications such as a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Experience in a fitness, sports, or service-focused environment is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site, support diverse teams, and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
