Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join a growing real estate company in Asaba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s real estate properties and services, generating leads, engaging prospective clients, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and market the company’s properties and real estate services.
* Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and other marketing channels.
* Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
* Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective buyers or investors.
* Meet and work towards assigned sales targets.
* Develop and maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
* Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends and available properties.
* Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
* Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Requirements
* Minimum of HND qualification.
* Previous experience in sales, marketing, real estate, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must be confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good knowledge of Asaba and its environs is an added advantage.
* Must be presentable and professional.
Remuneration: Attractive salary/commission package.
