Role Description The BIM Modeller at Techne Engineers India will create, develop, and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP components, ensuring alignment with project standards and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include interpreting construction drawings, coordinating with engineers and architects, and updating models based on design changes and technical feedback. The role involves producing accurate views, schedules, and details from BIM models for use in project documentation and site execution. The position is a full-time, on-site role located in Sirsa, requiring close collaboration with the local project team. The BIM Modeller will also support quality checks, clash detection workflows, and timely delivery of model outputs.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proven experience working as a BIM Modeller.
Understanding of Architecture concepts and architectural detailing within BIM environments.
Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination in building projects.
Ability to read, interpret, and produce accurate construction drawings from BIM models.
Proficiency in relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools).
Diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Sirsa.
Good communication skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
