Qualifications
Strong experience in operating CNC / 5 axis VTL machines, including setup, basic programming or parameter editing, and tooling adjustments.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets, with a focus on tight tolerances and surface finish requirements.
Hands-on skills in dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments, with attention to detail and quality standards.
Understanding of machining processes, cutting parameters, materials (especially metals used in orthopedic implants), and preventive machine maintenance practices.
Commitment to workplace safety, clean and organized work habits, and compliance with manufacturing and quality procedures.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance personnel.
Prior experience in machining of thin wall thickness component with exotic material in precision engineering.
Relevant technical education (e.g., diploma or certification in mechanical, production, or CNC machining) is preferred.
