Role Description This is a full-time on-site Psychologist role based in Kozhikode. The Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide individual and group counseling, and develop personalized treatment plans for clients with a range of mental health needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with other healthcare and support professionals. The role also involves participating in case discussions, contributing to awareness or training programs, and upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of practice.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Psychology, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice.
Experience or education in Counseling and Mental Health, including working with diverse client populations.
Competence in Psychological Assessment, including selection, administration, and interpretation of standardized tools.
Basic understanding of Medicine and its relevance to mental health, to support interdisciplinary collaboration.
Relevant degree in Psychology (Master’s or higher preferred) from an accredited institution.
Licensure or eligibility for registration as required by local regulations.
Strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
Ability to maintain professional boundaries, practice ethical decision-making, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Commitment to continuous professional development and openness to supervision and peer feedback.
