Role Description The Flutter Developer will design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications that support Spartech Impex’s operational and customer-facing needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing new features in Flutter, integrating APIs and back-end services, optimizing application performance, and ensuring responsive, user-friendly interfaces. The role involves collaborating with product owners, designers, and other developers to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. The Flutter Developer will also participate in code reviews and maintain clear technical documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts applied to mobile and cross-platform development.
Experience in Software Development, including the full software development lifecycle, version control, and testing.
Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts and API integration (REST/JSON) to connect Flutter apps with server-side services.
Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, including state management, UI design, and deployment to app stores.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Android or iOS native development, Git-based workflows, and basic CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
