Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Principal – Oracle Order to Deliver Lead to drive end-to-end Oracle Order to Deliver transformations, including process design, solution architecture, and implementation across order management, fulfilment, logistics, and related supply chain functions.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly Order Management (OM) and surrounding modules. They will be responsible for assessing current-state processes, defining future-state operating models, and translating business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
Key responsibilities include leading project teams, overseeing configuration and integration activities, managing delivery risks, and ensuring solutions meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. The role will also involve contributing to business development, mentoring team members, and promoting best practices across Oracle Order to Deliver transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Order to Deliver transformation initiatives.
Design and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Order Management and related supply chain modules.
Define business processes, future-state operating models, and solution architectures.
Translate business requirements into scalable and effective Oracle solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams throughout solution design and implementation.
Oversee configuration, integration, and delivery activities.
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
Support change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
Engage with senior stakeholders and provide clear presentations and recommendations.
Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and internal best practices.
Mentor and support consultants and project team members.

Strong expertise in Oracle Order to Deliver processes, including:
Order Management
Order fulfilment
Shipping
Logistics
Related supply chain functions
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management (OM) and surrounding modules.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion Order to Deliver solutions.
Demonstrable experience in solution architecture, process design, and Oracle implementation projects.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project delivery.
Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering capabilities.
Experience translating business requirements into scalable, future-ready technology solutions.
Understanding of change management, user adoption, and training strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working on large-scale digital transformation or enterprise Oracle programmes.
Ability to engage confidently with senior and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Oracle or supply chain certifications are advantageous.
Previous experience in management consulting or large-scale transformation programmes is beneficial.

Location: Los Angeles, California
Working Model: Hybrid, with flexibility to work from home part-time.
