### 🚨 Hiring: Healthcare Virtual Assistants | Remote – Kerala, India
We are looking for **healthcare graduates/professionals based in India** to join a **Canadian medical clinic** as **Full-Time Healthcare Virtual Assistant**.
📍 **Location:** India
🏠 **Work:** Fully Remote
⏰ **Hours:** Full-time – 8 hours/day
🇨🇦 **Clinic:** My Medical Centers,Ottawa, Canada
### Key Requirements
• Healthcare-related graduate/professional background
• **Excellent spoken English with clear and easily understandable communication**
• Confident and comfortable **answering incoming patient phone calls**
• Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate with patients in a **calm, respectful and empathetic manner**
• Comfortable speaking with patients who may be experiencing **mental-health or psychiatric concerns**, while maintaining professionalism, patience and confidentiality
• Good written English and computer skills
• Ability to learn and work with EMR/healthcare software
• Reliable, responsible and detail-oriented
• Willingness to work **8 hours/day according to Canadian clinic hours**
• Own laptop/computer and **reliable high-speed internet connection*
**This is a patient-facing administrative role.** Candidates should be comfortable handling telephone conversations professionally and ensuring patients feel heard, respected and appropriately supported. The role does not involve providing clinical advice or making clinical decisions.
