New York Real Estate Associate Attorney

The Role:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of law firm experience advising clients on large and complex real estate transactions.

Your Experience:
Experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, financing, leasing and strategic investments.
Strong understanding of complex real estate transactions involving domestic and foreign institutional investors, private equity sponsors, asset managers, developers, lenders, and corporate clients.
Experience managing substantial portions of sophisticated transactions, including drafting, and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating diligence, and supporting deal execution.
Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and project management skills, with a practical and commercial approach to client service.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school.
High academic achievement.
Strong interest in the subject area, entrepreneurial and a team-player.
Admitted to (or possessing the ability to waive into) the New York Bar.
Prior experience at a peer Am Law or international law firm.
Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $260,000-$390,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience
