Telesales Executive

About the Role
AVR Realtors is looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Telecaller to join our team in Siliguri.
The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with real estate leads, understand their requirements, follow up regularly, generate genuine interest, and schedule property site visits.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with incoming real estate leads.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
Explain relevant property/project details clearly.
Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.
Schedule and confirm property site visits.
Maintain regular follow-ups through phone and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
Work towards converting qualified leads into site visits and customers.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Ability to convince, negotiate, and build customer relationships.
Good Hindi communication; basic English is preferred.
Comfortable making regular outbound calls and follow-ups.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer handling, or real estate is preferred.
Freshers with good communication and a sales-oriented attitude may also apply.
