Project Engineer

Ltd., a sister concern of Bhoomi Analyzers, is a Thane-based company founded in 2006 with a focus on manufacturing high-quality products for process industries and related applications. The company is a leading manufacturer of gas and liquid analyzers for process, combustion, emission, and renewable energy applications.
What You’ll Do:
As a Project Engineer, you will lead and take ownership of end-to-end project engineering activities, from requirement finalization to successful project closure, while ensuring quality, timelines and customer expectations are met.
Lead and take ownership of end-to-end project engineering activities from requirement finalization to project closure.
Translate internal and client requirements into optimized engineering designs and technical deliverables.
Should prepare engineering documents such as BOM/BOQ, GA Drawings, P&IDs, Hook-ups, Wiring Diagrams, and Datasheets.
Drive project planning, resource allocation, and execution strategies to meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
Act as a key point of contact between engineering, procurement, and execution teams for seamless coordination.
Conduct and lead technical discussions, internal reviews, and client interactions including KOM, FAT, and SAT.
Ensure all engineering outputs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and company guidelines.
Identify design and execution risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Support vendor evaluation and technical negotiations for project-related procurement.
Able to resolve technical queries and suggest proper solution to internal team and customer.
Search for vendor for items/products which are required to fulfill an enquiry requirement.
Documentation & Quality:
Prepare and maintain project documentation including:
1. Technical submittals
2. BOMs
3. Drawings
4. Datasheets
5. Inspection & testing documents
6. Installation/commissioning reports
7. Project progress reports
8. Ensure project deliverables comply with customer specifications and applicable quality requirements.
9. Maintain proper project records and ensure timely closure of documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is technically sound, organized, proactive and willing to take ownership.
Required Skills:
1. BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, E&TC
2. 2–5 years of experience in project execution, engineering, instrumentation, automation, process equipment, or industrial projects.
3. Experience in AutoCad
4. Ability to understand technical specifications, drawings, datasheets and BOMs.
5. CAD knowledge will be additional advantage
6. Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
7. Strong coordination and project management skills.
8. Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
9. Good written and verbal communication skills.
10.Willingness to travel to customer/project sites when required.
