Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at NERIGAME HOSPITAL in Guwahati. The Hospital Marketing and TPA Handling professional will plan and execute marketing activities to promote hospital services, strengthen brand awareness, and support patient acquisition and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with doctors and departments to develop promotional materials, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and referral networks. The role also involves handling TPA (Third Party Administrator) processes, including patient insurance coordination, documentation, claim submission, and follow-up to ensure timely approvals and settlements. The professional will address patient and client queries, ensure accurate information flow, and collaborate with administrative staff to streamline marketing and TPA-related operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, insurance representatives, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze local healthcare trends and design effective outreach campaigns.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, referral sources, and insurance/TPA networks.
Relevant experience in hospital marketing, healthcare administration, or TPA/health insurance coordination is beneficial.
Knowledge of medical insurance processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance will be an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in documentation and communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with hospital information systems will be helpful.
