About the Role
Transformation Insights is looking for a hands-on, high-ownership Full-Stack AI Engineer to lead the development of our core platform and bring new products to market.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious engineer who wants to write code today while building the foundation to step into a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) role. You will own our technical architecture, integrate cutting-edge AI features, and lead engineering strategy as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Product Development: Architect, build, and ship scalable, production-ready full-stack web applications from end to end.
AI Integration: Build LLM-enabled workflows, agentic AI systems, prompt structures, and predictive models into our core product line.
Product Launch & Delivery: Work directly with leadership to translate product requirements into market-ready features quickly and iteratively.
Technical Strategy & Leadership: Establish engineering standards, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and data security best practices.
CTO Growth Path: Transition into executive tech leadership, hire and mentor future engineering hires, and drive long-term technical vision.
Qualifications
Full-Stack Proficiency: Proven track record building web applications using modern tech stacks (e.g., Python, Node.js, React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Hands-on AI/ML Experience: Practical experience implementing AI tools (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, PyTorch, Hugging Face, fine-tuning, or agentic frameworks).
Product Track Record: Experience taking new software products from concept to deployment and iteration in production.
Strong Academic / Technical Foundation: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
Leadership Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive, strong problem-solving skills, and the desire to step up to a CTO role.
