Brand Marketing Coordinator

THE ROLE
This is an execution-and-judgment role. Blackcat works with empanelled agencies for bigger production work — packaging design, catalogs, video concepts. Your job is to own the brief that goes in and the standard of what comes out. For day-to-day social content, you're the one making it.
You'll report directly to the MD. Most work goes through you before it reaches him — you're the first filter, not the last.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Agency-managed (you brief, review, route for approval):
Product packaging design — brief the agency, review for brand and product accuracy, get MD sign-off before production
Product catalog and brochures — own the structure, copy direction, and spec accuracy
Social media video concepts — develop the concept, brief the agency, review the cut
Hands-on (you make it):
Day-to-day social content — posts, stories, reels; you create and schedule using Canva, AI tools
Social media handle management — feeds stay active, nothing goes dark
CRM and lead tracking — data stays current and actually used
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who's worked both sides — with agencies and making things yourself. You can write a brief that gives an agency something real to work from. You have the judgment to know when the output is right for the brand and the product.
Can write a clear creative brief — not just react to agency work, but give them something specific enough to work from
Has aesthetic and technical judgment — can look at a packaging design or catalog layout for an automotive product and know if it's right
Fluent with LLMs in daily work — uses AI tools to draft briefs, generate concept directions, write copy variations; not occasionally, habitually
Hands-on with Canva for quick-turn social content — doesn't wait for the agency for a post that needs to go out today
Comfortable with CRM and process — WhatsApp Business, lead tracking, keeping data current
Takes ownership without being told what to do next
Comfortable executing without a fixed structure handed to you
