About the Role
5 Star Biryani Restaurant, Panjim Goa, is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the restaurant's day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen, service team, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff
- Coordinate between kitchen and service teams
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
- Monitor inventory, stock, wastage, and daily requirements
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily operations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
- Monitor daily sales and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs and food safety standards
- Coordinate party orders, bulk orders, and special requirements
- Work closely with management to improve restaurant operations and business performance
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in restaurant operations or hospitality
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory/management role preferred
- Strong communication and team-management skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities efficiently
- Candidates based in Goa or willing to relocate to Panjim are preferred
