Functional Experience Inbound & Outbound Sales Calls
Customer Support Experience Not considered sufficient
Salary Up to ₹7.5 LPATeam
Size Approximately 25 Telecallers
Working Model Office-based
Travel Minimal – approximately 0–1 time/month
Working Hours 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days 6 days/week
Key Responsibilities
The Call Center Manager will be responsible for managing the complete sales conversion function, including:
Managing a team of approximately 25 telecallers.
Handling and converting approximately 150–200 inbound/outbound sales leads per day.
Driving lead-to-booking conversion and overall sales performance.

Providing strong sales guidance, coaching and performance management.
Working closely with the Performance Marketing function to convert generated leads into bookings.
Managing sales processes through CRM/ERP platforms.
Key Skills

Strong sales pitching and closing abilities.
Aggressive and target-oriented sales approach.
Strong team management capabilities.
Experience in lead conversion and sales performance management.
Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms.
