Job Role
We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial leader to own and scale Doodhvale Farms’ E-commerce & Quick Commerce business across marketplaces and emerging platforms.
This is not a typical category management role. The ideal candidate will be a strategist × operator × business leader - someone who can think big, execute fast, and take complete ownership of revenue, margins, growth, and overall channel performance across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Own and scale Doodhvale Farms’ overall E-commerce & Q-commerce business across marketplaces and emerging channels
Develop and execute channel strategy to drive sustainable revenue, profitability, and market expansion
Own complete P&L including revenue, margins, contribution, and channel-level performance
Manage end-to-end marketplace operations - listings, cataloging, visibility, ratings, reviews, availability, and growth
Develop and execute GTM strategies for new SKUs, categories, and platforms
Lead promotions, platform campaigns, and visibility initiatives in collaboration with Brand & Marketing teams
Build and manage strong relationships with marketplace account managers, category teams, and platform stakeholders
Unlock growth levers including merchandising support, placements, platform partnerships, and joint business plans
Monitor key performance metrics including sales, returns, SLAs, fill rates, availability, margins, and contribution
Identify operational and business gaps and implement fast, data-driven solutions
Work cross-functionally with Growth, Supply Chain, Tech, Content, and Operations teams to drive channel growth
Lead and mentor the E-commerce & Q-commerce team, building strong ownership and performance culture
Continuously analyze marketplace trends, competition, consumer behaviour, and emerging channel opportunities
Required Skills
6-10 years of experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, online retail, or brand growth.
Prior experience scaling brands across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Instamart etc.
Strong experience in FMCG, D2C, or high-growth startup environments preferred.
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, GTM strategies, and channel growth.
Proven experience owning revenue targets, P&L, and business growth.
Strong analytical skills with comfort in data-driven decision making.
Experience managing platform dashboards, business reviews, and performance reporting.
Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong platform and category relationships with the ability to drive partnerships and growth opportunities.
