Project Manager – Civil Construction

Role Description The Project Manager – Civil Construction is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai Division, responsible for overseeing civil construction projects from planning through completion. The role involves preparing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and vendors, and monitoring daily site activities to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards. The Project Manager will manage budgets, track costs, handle documentation, and report progress to senior management and clients. Daily tasks also include resolving on-site issues, managing risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving timely delivery of project milestones.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering and Infrastructure skills, with the ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and construction codes.
Construction Management and Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of civil projects.
Budgeting skills to estimate costs, control expenses, and optimize resource utilization.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities for handling complex site and project challenges.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, consultants, contractors, and on-site teams.
Proficiency in project management and construction-related software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD or similar) is beneficial.
Prior experience managing civil construction projects, preferably in infrastructure or building construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications in project management or construction management are an advantage.
