3. Principal Product & Pricing Consultant
Experience: 12+ years / Senior Consulting Leadership
Mandatory Skills
5+ / 10+ / 12+ years of Banking Functional Consulting / Business Analysis
Strong Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking domain knowledge
Experience in Product & Pricing
Strong exposure to one or more:
Rates & Fees Management
Billing & Revenue Optimization
Deposits & Payments
Relationship Pricing
Core Banking Transformation
Banking Process / Operating Model Transformation
Business requirements gathering and Fit-Gap Analysis
Functional Solution Design and implementation experience
BRD / FSD / User Stories / Functional & Integration Testing
Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills
Experience with SaaS / Banking technology platforms
For Lead/Principal levels: team leadership, solution ownership and banking transformation experience
Key Responsibilities
Understand client business requirements and banking processes.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and map requirements to clients requirements
Design and support implementation of functional solutions.
Prepare requirements, functional specifications, user stories and test strategies.
Support functional and integration testing.
Work closely with clients, product, technology and cross-functional teams.
Lead/Principal: Drive consulting engagements, solution design, transformation initiatives, senior stakeholder management and guide consulting/BA teams.
