Lead Product & Pricing Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Lead Product & Pricing Consultant to join our Customer Onboarding team. In this mid-senior leadership role, you will drive business transformation, process optimization, and value-add solutions for global banking clients.
As a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between client business strategies and the Zafin product platform. You will lead consultant teams across all engagement phases—from initial needs assessment to end-to-end solution delivery—ensuring high-quality outcomes that modernize products, pricing, and billing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Consulting: Partner with senior banking leaders to assess business challenges, define functional requirements, and design strategic solutions leveraging Zafin platform capabilities.
Business Transformation: Lead digital transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives focused on modernizing legacy banking environments.
Solution Architecture & Design: Play a hands-on role in the functional design and implementation of product, pricing, and billing solutions to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Engagement & Team Leadership: Oversee project delivery, manage client expectations, and mentor Business Analysts (BAs) throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, technology teams, and client partners to build consensus and drive project success.
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications:
Experience: 10+ years of functional consulting experience in the Banking & Financial Services industry.
Consulting Background: Proven track record at a leading consulting firm (e.g., Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, or similar specialized banking consultancies).
Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge in Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking environments.
Technical & Functional Mastery: Hands-on experience with SaaS product implementations, core banking transformations, or enterprise IT platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
