Role Description:
The Lead – Corporate Relations is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for building and managing relationships with corporate partners at the group level and help us in increasing our footprint into BFSI industry, by bridging the gap with Academia. The role involves engaging BFSI Corporates, liaison agents, intermediaries, policy makers, ecosystem participants.
Job Responsiblities:
· To create corporate sales pitch, ICP and outreach strategy for potential Corporate Partners
· To create go-to-market plan for our pilot of “Finance-For-India” Fellowship, with pilot cities
· To identify channels for events/webinars, and appoint regional consultants in North and South region
· To make a comprehensive database of all stakeholders - BFSI Partners, NGOs, CSR Partners, Ex Employees and Liaising agents
· To arrange Webinars in AIF/BFSI ecosystem and engage with Corporate L&D teams and seek internship opportunities.
· To engage in CSR activity and source relevant government schemes, directly or through agents
· To frame engagement strategy, through regular email/whatsapp follow-ups and emails
· To attend corporate events, when needed, and manage Regional Consultants and their output
· To work in sync with B2B Outreach Teams and make required upgrades/changes to product offering, on a quarterly basis, using feedback received from all stakeholders
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 3 years of work experience, mandatorily in Corporate Relations and Sales, with strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Basic understanding of financial markets.
Ability to engage confidently and professionally, with senior stakeholders and institutional partners.
Candidates will be hired on a full-time basis, working from Mumbai (Tardeo) office.

CTC: Fixed 7-9 Lakhs per annum + ESOPs
