Role: Lead and motivate the Sales/Collection team, manage daily targets, monitor performance, handle customer escalations, oversee collections, and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:
Experience in Sales/Collections or financial services
Strong team leadership, communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of debt collection and basic finance
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using MS Office and CRM tools
