Project Executive Civil & MEP - Experience: 2-10 Years

Role Description The Project Executive Civil & MEP will oversee day-to-day site activities for civil and MEP works, ensuring work is executed as per design, quality standards, and safety norms. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, monitoring project schedules and progress, and reporting on milestones, risks, and site issues. The role involves reviewing drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, assisting in resource planning, and supporting quality inspections and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Project Executive will also help manage site documentation, work approvals, and snag lists to ensure timely completion of deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of civil engineering and MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting), including understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
Experience in project coordination, site supervision, and contractor management within building or infrastructure projects.
Ability to monitor timelines, track progress against schedules, and support project reporting and documentation.
Commitment to quality assurance, safety practices, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2–10 years of experience in project execution roles for civil and MEP works; experience in project management firms is an advantage.
Proficiency in basic MS Office; familiarity with project management or CAD tools is beneficial.
