Graphics & Creative Designer - Experience 1–4 years

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphics & Creative Designer based in New Delhi. The designer will develop visual concepts and designs for presentations, reports, proposals, social media assets, and marketing materials that support WProjects’ brand and project communication needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating graphics and layouts, refining brand visuals, preparing design assets for digital and print, and collaborating with project and marketing teams to translate project information into clear, compelling visuals. The role also involves maintaining design consistency across all materials, managing multiple design tasks, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines while aligning with the company’s values and visual identity.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Creative Design and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging content.
Proficiency in Graphics and Branding, including creating and maintaining brand-aligned visual identities.
Experience in Web Design, with the ability to design website layouts and digital assets that support user-friendly experiences.
1–4 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably in architecture, construction, real estate, or project-driven environments.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Strong visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
