Roles & Responsibilities
Lead performance and optimization of e-commerce websites across multiple regions
Localize website content, product pages, pricing, promotions, and customer journeys
Monitor website performance and customer behavior using GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools
Plan and execute A/B tests to improve landing pages, product pages, cart, and checkout conversion
Optimize UX/UI, reduce cart abandonment, and improve website conversion rates
Manage regional merchandising, inventory visibility, and seasonal launches
Track website sales KPIs and provide actionable performance insights
Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, Development, and Supply Chain teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
Ensure website compliance with regional norms and certifications
