Social Media Manager Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern to assist with day-to-day social media activities, content creation, and audience engagement across our social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Create and schedule social media posts, stories and reels.
Assist with content calendars and monthly planning.
Edit short-form videos/reels using Canva, CapCut, InShot or similar tools.
Create basic creatives, carousels, thumbnails and promotional content.
Research trending topics, sounds, formats and relevant content ideas.
Write captions, hashtags and keywords for social media posts.
Monitor comments and DMs and assist with timely responses.
Track basic social media performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with the content/marketing team for shoots, campaigns and other requirements.
Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/course in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Media, Communications or a related field.
Good understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
Good written English and communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual content.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Prior internship/project experience in social media is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
